How to Use 
Simply stick the foot patches to the soles of your feet using the included adhesive stickers. We recommend attaching the patch towards the ball of your foot, the yongchun point, which is the acupressure point for your kidneys. The patch will draw toxins out of your body while you sleep and will absorb them. We recommend wearing socks to prevent spillage or stains onto your sheets. 
 
Depending on how much toxins the patches draw out, they will change in color and consistency. Do not be alarmed the next morning when the patches are very sticky and dark in color.
